Interval Timer on camera

It would be very helpful to have a setting where the camera could automatically and continuously take a series of pictures at pre set intervals (5 sec, 10 sec, etc.).

Option to “tag” for sorting, but hide on screen. Low-key … later, low priority maybe cool?

The tags on the video do not change during the video. It would be useful to be able to change the tag during video recording.

Multiple options for what the file name is saved as

Currently it saves it as the date and notes. We could care less about the date and time being in the file name as long as it’s in the metadata. We would rather the extension be shorter and contain more pertinent information such as notes, tags, user. As well as be allowed to determine in what order the data is used to structure the file name. And what character we want to use as the separator between data or no separator at all. For example Form containing an add file name convention button These should be dynamic and allowed to drag and drop and rearrange and delete the various choices Choices; Manual entry (Can have a set word or phrase to include in every file) Notes (The information captured in the notes without the title of the note, just the data) Separator (by default there should be no separator, however users should be able to choose if they want to separate each entry by a character or characters - “_” or “ “ or “&” or “#” Date Time Location We should have multiple options on how we want file-names to be formatted. Currently we are having to use a separate tool to bulk rename the files and remove the prefixing date and time.

Project archive

It would be great if projects could be archived so that they are no longer displayed among the active projects and don't clutter the active project list.

Multiple tag selection and customization of tag formatting

Currently it only allows you to select one tag. Our goal is to streamline data capture for our techs, so having preset tags is essential in that, however currently it’s almost quicker to have multiple notes and have techs enter in data versus using the tags feature because it’s extremely limited. Our techs should be able to add multiple tags and choose in what order they are displayed. for example Tag that says Before Tag that says Tray1 Both selected and on the same picture Also Tags should be customized to allow different colors attached to different tags in most major tech industries certain colors mean different things and it can get confusing if we have no choice on how our tags are formatted and displayed For example if it’s Red then most people immediately think urgent or dangerous or bad We would only want tags to be colored like that if the image captured is related to such events.

Recovering photos

I had taken some photos around the beginning of November but they dont seem to be there any more. Are they time limited on the app and is there any way of retriving them?

As a Security Escort for high value truck cargo, we use time stamp for when we stop at truck stops and when we leave. Our client requires the time stamps to be always in Pacific Time even if we travel across the country through different time zones. Can you make an option where we can choose the timezone instead of the timezone changing automatically based on location?

Add project ID and project link to the photo.uploaded webhook

add the project ID, and ideally a ready made project URL, to the payload. That would let outside systems write a working link to the exact project automatically. This helps anyone connecting Timemark to a CRM, project board, or reporting tool.

Amazing app, some suggestions.

Add a compass with the red tip pointing to the north. Color fonts. After taking pictures add a description before store. Optional dark shade behind the descriptions.

Sub-projects needed!!!

A couple of things I’d like to see: First is sub-projects/folders to further organize project pictures. Second, would like to see selectable data details for pdf reports as I do not want to share all info at all times.

Add Narrative Section to Reports

Can you add the ability to write narratives with reports? Watermark descriptions are time consuming for every photo. I would like my team to be able to document where and when with timestamp photos in a timely fashion throughout the work day, but summarize it in one place at the end when a report is generated.

Toggleable Lock to stop edit popup

A toggleable Lock option can be useful to stop the edit menu popping up when pressing on the screen where the data is showing to allow for more control of focal points under where the data shows, especially if a lot of data is selected to be on screen

Configurable new form/note fields input as iterable, alphanumeric or numerical

idea: configure note sections with a “field type” it table to increments photos as they are taken, and say another field type is the default text entry field that when I selected to change brings up the standard keyboard, and another field for numerical fields which brings up a number pad for quicker input and provide quicker interactions with the app. It would be nice to have functionality to decrease the amount of interaction with the app when QCing locations for my use case, and possibly for others. Shutter button while video recording.

Samsung camera application on the S21Ultra has a shutter button that allows a photo to be taken during video recording. This would be a beneficial feature besides the current pause while recording. My reports often go go multiple groups. One watches video's. The other often not. I currently go back and pull frame shots out.

Please add a seconds option to the time. I must have it to record videos for my job. Thank you!

Camera not working

I have allowed access to my camera and all photos the app has all options unlocked and my camera will still not show . I just have a black screen right here gps info

iPhone 16 pro max, Issue with the compass, I have to restart the phone every few minutes to reorient the north in the app. Phone compass good, watch compass good, app compass out 🥺

Can this app auto send the picture to an email with the subject of the email the note?

Less Specific address

It would be good to be able to select a less specific address format. For example, instead of “64 Zoo Lane, G69 6BJ” you can select “Zoo Lane, G69 6BJ" or simply “G69 6BJ" The specific house number on the GPS is seldom accurate and its just a pain having to manually select the correct one. I’m a telecoms engineer, so I am working at a telecoms pole, an on-street telecoms cabinet, or at a customer's property. The street that I am in and the post code is sufficient, the house number is less relevant. This is a feature that is available on the TimeStamp camera app, and is currently the only thing TimeStamp has over the far superior TimeMark app.

Being able to manually select photos from the photo list to export into excel sheet, instead of having to take the whole batch and edit the spreadsheet after, would save lots of time.

Upload photos from camera roll

It would be helpful to be able to upload photos to a teamspace from the camera roll. Photos that were taken previously with Timemark that were not uploaded to a teamspace at the time.
