I am training to be a personal trainer, being able to change the tag during the video will allow me to constant recordings without having to stop and cut the video all the time.

I use warm up, dynamic stretches, main CV, resistance, cool down and static stretches, but being able to create my own tags and swap between them during recording would allow me to do so much more.
It would allow me to show my clients the section in which I give feedback to them too. Being able to say skip to the resistance section and having the tag there would be so much easier than saying look at a specific time of the video.
