Store only to cloud, change internal storage location

Add an option to only store to cloud so my camera role doesnt fill up for large inspections. Would store locally till upload complete then erase. Would be nice if this wasnt in my main gallerybut findable in my device file searcher.

Change internal storage location to any foldee that accepts photos.
